Theatre is a dying art form... simply because not enough people get out there and go to the theatre! It is important for Davenport Theatrical to keep ticket prices low! BUT...
It takes thousands of dollars just to get the rights to do a musical. And that’s before we even think about costumes, lumber, paint, hardware, props, lighting, microphones, program printing, advertising, and everything else that lets the curtain go up on opening night! If you donate, your name will be listed as “producer” in all of this season’s programs.
